Position: Director of First Impression

At Renaxis, we understand that the first impression is a crucial step in creating a positive patient experience. As the Director of First Impression, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for our clinic, ensuring each patient's journey begins with warmth, professionalism, and care.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Be the welcoming face and voice of Renaxis. Greet patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step into the clinic.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently handle appointment scheduling and confirmations, working closely with patients to find convenient times that align with their schedules.
- Patient Navigation: Guide patients through their visit, providing clear directions on how to reach the clinic. Offer support in finding the best transportation options, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey.
- Hotel Accommodation Assistance: Extend your assistance to patients who may be visiting from out of town. Offer information about local hotel accommodations, helping them find suitable places to stay during their visit to Renaxis in Houston.
- Clinic Information: Be a source of information about our clinic's services, values, and approach. Answer queries about treatment options, procedures, and any other inquiries patients may have.
- Communication Hub: Act as a communication hub between patients and the clinic's medical team. Ensure patients' concerns, questions, and feedback are effectively conveyed to the appropriate staff members.
- Patient Comfort: Attend to patients' comfort needs while they wait, offering refreshments and maintaining a welcoming and organized waiting area.
- Appointment Reminders: Assist in sending appointment reminders to patients to ensure they are well-prepared for their visits.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing schedules and appointments.
- Familiarity with the local area to provide directions and recommendations.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
